Quirky cool Sketchbook Magazine has teamed up with the princess of Persian prints, Mia Jafari, to launch an illustrator competition. Designers, illustrators and creative enthusiasts were asked to come up with a design worthy of being printed on a limited Mia Jafari and Sketchbook Magazine scarf.
The top ten designs have been uploaded to their blog and facebook. The illustration that get's "liked" the most will win. Today is the last day to vote and our favorite is Florence Bamberger's illustration. We like the colors, the line drawing and the hidden symbols of women, lips, eyes and heels - very Mia Jafari inspired!

These adorable Eid cookies are from the Organic Food and Cafe in the Dubai Mall. Too bad they're now leftovers, we think it may be time to take them down but we appreciate the creativity!
